Abstracts can be submitted under the following topics.

Summary Guidelines for Abstract Submission

*** The below are a summary of the guidelines for abstract submission. It is required that you read and adhere to the full set of guidelines available to download on this page ***


      • To submit your abstract please click on the ‘Submit Abstract’ button and follow the instructions on the screen.
      • Abstracts must be submitted under one of the pre-defined topics.
      • Abstracts submitted for oral presentations may be accepted as poster presentations.
      • Abstracts can be submitted for consideration for oral or poster presentation
      • Only abstracts submitted online can be accepted. Abstracts submitted on paper or by e-mail attachment will not be considered.
      • Abstracts can be submitted on-line from 20th January 2016 to 31st March 2016
      • Two abstracts per author can be submitted.
      • It is possible to save your submission as a draft and to revisit it at a later date. Please ensure that you submit your final abstract before the deadline of 31st March 2015. Draft submissions will not be accepted.
      • Upon completion of your submission the submitting author will receive a confirmation email containing an abstract number from the EONS-10 Congress Secretariat within 48 hours of submission. This confirmation is a confirmation of abstract submission and NOT a notice of acceptance.
      • Submitting an abstract for EONS-10 does not constitute registration for the congress. Abstract presenters must register to attend EONS-10 through the registration page.
      • In order to be considered, an abstract should respect the following guidelines:

● The abstract must be submitted in good English.
● Abstract titles should be brief (maximum of 25 words) and should reflect the content of the abstract.
No more than 10 authors can be listed.
● Abstracts should be organised under the headings:

–        Introduction

–        Material and method

–        Results and discussion

–        Conclusion

● The online abstract submission procedure will not accept abstracts that exceed 300 words.
